We’ve designed our fee structure so our clients know what they’re paying, and know what they’re getting in return. There are no hidden fees, no getting stung for extras, no surprises … what you see is what you pay – simple! Initial Fee


We charge an initial fee, which pays for all the pre-staging date tasks relating to your workplace pension scheme set up and declaration of compliance. This includes assessing  employees, scheme setup, payroll setup, and declaration of compliance. There are 22 tasks, in total, that must be completed to comply with the law, and we complete each and every one of these tasks to audit standard on behalf of all of our clients. Ongoing Fee


We charge a monthly fee for our compliance warranty, and our continuous payroll and pension support – from set up of workplace contributions, usually commencing six months prior to staging, each pay-cycle and forevermore. We keep you compliant with auto enrolment rules post-staging date, as regulations change. We’ll also manage any changes to your workplace pension scheme, provide support via a specialist support help-desk, and provide periodic audits, certifications and re-enrolment as required, at no extra cost.
