What was the business driver for looking for a managed payroll service?

Our previous provider was experiencing difficulties in providing a satisfactory service.

Why WPD?

WPD had for some time asked for permission to take over our Payroll provision. It seemed a no-brainer not to give them a try.

 

How long have you been a client?

I have dealt with WPD for about 6/7 years. With Payrioll since May last year.

How quickly did WPD onboard you?

Immediately on being onboard WPD were able to provide all payroll requirements from day one.

 

How easy is it to speak to your payroll contact at WPD?

I have an excellent relationship with the Payroll Manager. Nothing is too much trouble.

How do you process payments?

By BACs

 

How do you distribute payslips?

I receive the payslips by email attachments from Payroll Manager. I use the details to advise the bank of payment details . The payslips are then handed to the five members of staff.

How easy to access the reports you need?

Copies are sent at the same time as the payslips again by email attachments.
